My little meat chicks arrived this morning and I have been sitting here marvelling at the little balls of fluff thinking - I'm going to have to kill these in a few weeks! I've seen adverts (mainly during my perusal of poultry related items on ebay) for poultry dispatchers, which seem to break the neck without decapitating the bird.
Would one of these be a good idea? I want to be able to kill them humanely and quickly without any suffering. Maybe one of these would be good as I don't have anyone who can show me how to do it manually - how much force is needed etc??
