Oh, how awful. Did they dig them up and take them or just dig them up amd leave them on the ground?
Is there anyway of doing cctv without electric? Has anyone spoken to the plot secretary?
Some people just don't seem to like others having nice things and getting on.

Some people figure the plants will look better in their garden than yours. Thievery just doesn't click in their pea-sized minds.

Does the site secretary, or whoever is in charge know about this?

'cos by old rule of most sites you can just be booted out on an instance for thieving, check your booklet and get to know who it is, others will know,   as it's a habit of a life time.

I'd plant something which would be irresistable to the thieving g*t, and then hide in shed with camera\camcorder for the evidence.  (Patience and a warm sleeping bag and thermos might be needed!)  Then take it to your site manager and police, just so its recorded formally.  What I might like to do to them personally is another matter of course, and couldn't be aired on a well-to-do forum such as this!  Its not the monetary value of the pansies, as us gardeners and nature lovers are well aware.  But the driving forces of the thief, namely greed and selfishness, with a distinct lack of moral fibre, gets on our tits more than anything.  Well, on mine, anyway!

Good luck!
