I have 3 girls at bedtime speedy goes in the coop fine site on the perch and eyeballs the door, the little one then goes in backwards ( very clever) then the two of them eyeball the door and the fluffy hen just sits in the door all night, I have put her in every night and then shut the door, but I am away for a few days next week and I can't see the neighbours coping with this.
How do I get her to go in all the way?.

How do I get her to go in all the way?.

Put up another perch or two.  That way she won't be intimidated by the others.
I put my three new hens with the old ones and at first they eye-balled and chased a bit,
but 4 weeks on and they all roost together.

I have a camera in the coop and can see who rules the roost with my 3 hens.
No 2 gives No3 some vicious pecks to the head if shes in range but there`s never any blood.No1 gives No2 vicious pecks only when No2 is pecking No3 but No1 never pecks No3 viciously ever cos they are mates. They nearly always sleep 2-1-3 so nobody pecks anybody.
