At last my potato order from T & M  arrived yesterday, after much disscusion on telephone :?
What really amazed me ,was phone call this am,  :o
apologising again for delay and checking order had arrived ok yesterday at 12:31!!! :oops:
This good customer care may have just saved them loss of custom in future .

Maybe the appaling quality of service they've got away with for the past few years is starting to hit their bottom line.

I never any problems with their service. Their catalogue clearly states, shipping of seed potatoes is from January onwards.
