sounds a very reasonable price to me for the size and quality. You get a small one for £7 in B&Q and the likes.

I got mine from Kays Discount Garden Supplies here
£22.95 for 50 meters. They have a £5.95 delivery charge though; wasn't a problem for me as I bought a load of other stuff.
