I recently said "goodbye!" to Cheekie who was also a silkiie cockerel. He too was handsome and has gone to a new hareem and...because he was so stunning, the son of new family adores him! Cheekie was a little ambitious with the girls and Buster, the bigger cockerel, didn't like him much! I advertised Cheekie in terms of his good looks and charm...and it worked! I had an adult male silkie last year, Fred, he was a nasty piece of work, handsome but not charming...he too was re-homed...I just described the positive things he had in his favour...didn't mention his penchant for pulling claws from my poor girlies!

Write your ad like one of those in the personal columns in the papers...after all he is a handsome beast...just needs to find the right women!!
