Hubby's just phoned, he's followed a lorry down the motorway,  a company called Mr Muck (Organic manure). Has anyone used them :?:  

We're hoping to get the nod this week about the allotment, I've looked on t'internet and it says you can use this straight away, as it's rotted and sterilised. Probably pricey though.

Any feed back would be appreciated.

Probably pricey, haven't you got contacts on the site? All them folks get it from somewhere, ask around.

Mr Muck sounds like a middle man. You should be going to farmers or riding stables direct. Best to ask where other people get theirs from.

Thanks for replies, am going to see Norman the Council man today. Will as him, as I haven't got the plot yet and don't know anyone up there.

Hopefully he will point me in the right direction.
