OK I have decided to save my own Marigold seeds, I have left the flower head to die off completely and kept them dry, obviously thousands of seeds.
So question
How should these seeds appear? They seem thin and flexible, is this norm or should they be more solid?
What is the best way to germinate them, might try a few now to see if they are viable.
Any advice will be very grateful.  TIA

I take it you mean French marigolds and the like, not English that are curly & hard? If so yes they have a bit of flex in them I find . Just dry well & pop in a paper envelope for next year but trying to germinate a few now is a good call.
