It looks like a self seeded wallflower, which is apt for a wall
If it is, it is probably so tiny because of where it is growing, although there are dwarf varieties available. You can save seeds and sow them. They overwinter as small plants and flower the next spring. You may get a more full sized version of what you have, but it is a pretty yellow, so still worth having.
