I sprayed an area with roundup weed killer a week ago. I want to put horse manure on it do I spread it on and leave it or turn it in?

My suggestion is to spread it on the surface and let the worms incorporate it for you.
Keep digging

Only if you're metal detecting.  :) Methinks if you do that you will bring more weed seeds to the surface so just spread the manure on the top.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

what we did this year was to spray both plots with Roundup because there where  weeds of plenty then after around 3 weeks the weeds where dying off so Roundup had done its job so on that plot I spread loads of well rotted horse manure  I'm going to plough that plot in around 2-3 weeks time  before winter sets in

the second plot has had no manure on it at all but the ground is bare not a weed insight so that to will be also ploughed at the same time as the other because I'm planting potatoes on that plot next year its no manure this year maybe manure it next year or sow green manure after the potato crop depends on the supply of horse manure  :D
