Hi , not been on here for a while hope your all keeping well, I need some advice please my cabbage leaves are curling and turning white, any idea what's causing it.

Looks like mealy aphid. Unfurl the leaf and you may find the aphids. Squish them with your fingers.

Or spray them with soapy water; one teaspoonful per litre of water.

yep we had the same problem we sprayed and it seem to do the trick I sprayed ours with a mixture of soapy washing up liquid and a garlic diluted down not to strong basically as grubbypaws said
