If you could choose a variety of rhubarb, which would be your choice?

Currently I have:

Timperley Early (a gift 3 years ago)
Early Red King - I think! (a gift 3 years ago)
Red Champagne (just bought)
Red Canadian (just bought)
Victoria (a gift just recently)

and I just wondered which variety was good for what, such as home-made wine and/or pudding?

Any ideas would be appreciated.  Is there a variety I haven't got which is particularly good for pudding, not that I'm trying to start a rhubarb collection here

I have Victoria and it is sweet but I find the stems don't go very red, but maybe that is because it is in the shade.

I don't know what variety I had before that as I inherited it from the people who lived here before.

i have victoria and its only three years old but it grows so quick that i can pick enough for a dessert every few weeks in the summer, that what i cant use fresh i freeze, just had the last of it tonight, delicous
