Hi

I’m not sure if this is the tomato leaf curl virus or something else. Growing determinate variety and the leaves feel very thick and leathery type. Also, most of the stems are pointing upwards and the leaves are curling and some have shaped like a bowl.
Please help as this is my first year I’ve tried growing tomato from seeds. This is a determinate dwarf totem tomato variety and doesn’t look like it’s growing any more new leaves, maybe stunted? Not sure if there’s anything I need to do? Currently I’m not giving any feed as only couple of flowers appeared. One of them dried out very recently. For water, I’ve just put a water bottle upside down to drip water slowly and refill it up when it’s almost empty. I never let it empty it out completely. Would truly appreciate some advice.

Welcome to the forum.
Tomato leaves can get curly when we get warm days and cold nights. I don't know where you are (please put a location in our profile  ) but that's been happening in some areas lately. They should grow ok once (if?) the weather settled down a bit. Fingers crossed..
