Panic in the raspberry bed
« on: March 14, 2021, 16:10 »
We took delivery of 12 raspberry “Polka” canes in November. They’re described as “primocane” meaning they will fruit in the first year. They were planted and watered in on the day they arrived in a bed that had previously produced runner beans.  Almost 4 months later they look no different from when they were planted. No sign of green growth on or around the canes. Are we panicking for nothing?  Shouldn’t there be some sign by now.

I note you've seen the other raspberry thread, which answered your question, so I'll lock this now :)
