i knew you guys would know....just had a veg box delivered and unfamiliar item at the top.

Best guess is either chard or spinach??. Can any one let me know?

or something that looks very similar is Komatsuna

Just googled GKH and the leaf shape is very similar but that veg you have looks different when you look at the stem so probably as MOS said some sort of spinach? In fact just googled winter spinach and yip!

thanks treacles.. so prepare like spinach? wilt in a pan or raw in a salad. Had a try and it has a nice nutty aftertaste

Looking at the stems I think it's a young chard. Cook just like spinach.
