Googled frozen diced lamb, best reviews and price Asda. Off I go, couldn't find it in the freezers and asked an assistant. She eventually walked round to an upright freezer on the end of the aisle, opened the door, took out a bag, and showed my the chunks. I asked her for 4 bags. Came home, and put two in the freezer. Started to prep veg for tomorrow, and thought I'll cut the bags open, and also check the cooking time suggested. Tipped out the very lean looking lamb, cooking time said fry for 6/7 minutes until there is no pink. I looked and looked again. The bag said, Asda Finest Minced Lamb. !!! Whoops - right product for me, wrong bag. Good job I wasn't wanting mince. Mrs Bouquet
