picked up two hens from bhwt one of the hens is rather bald and seems to be scratching bald patches eating well though and seems very lively just worried about the baldness and scratching? heard some comments about teatree?

Tea tree is very soothing.

Make sure you have checked all over and treated for lice and mites.

They'll be fine with a bit of tlc before long

Red mite.  The one thing they're likely to bring with them is Red Mite, from BHWT website.  

Keep them away from any other chooks you got and treat the hens & living quarters with red mite powder.
