The Hurst Greenshaft peas I had left over from last year have come up, the Boogie peas (chosen just for the name) have also come up but Ceresa pea is still slumbering.

Anyone any idea why?

I now only grow sugar-snaps but most pea seeds usually have a reasonable life span. I'd get back to where you got them from and either complain (which will probably get you nowhere) or buy some from a different supplier as there's plenty of time to get them in for a later harvest.
