My raised carrot/parsnip beds are warming up nicely.  Been under bubble wrap for the last week.  Soil temp at +15 deg.  Other beds are at approx + 11 deg left uncovered.  This is in Hampshire by the way.

sounds good to me but as we bench grow most of our  veg by the time there planted out the weather has warmed up hopefully he says with fingers crossed
