Anyone know how to get Moles to move on to someone else’s garden?

I used to have a lot of moles on my plot, but found that as I cultivated more and more of it, the moles gradually vanished.   I don't think they liked the constant disturbance.  I know it doesn't matter as much about appearances on an allotment plot as in a garden, but they don't really do much damage, and I just left them alone.

Been told Moles eat your worms and sticking a pole in the ground with a plastic bottle on top gets rid of the.

The thinking behind this is the mole uses noise the worm makes to find them, but the plastic bottle rattle confuses the moles.
