My dear postie Jim kindly dropped a few leaflets for me advertising my eggs and I have had a steady stream of ladies clutching boxes at the door to buy them.
 
I just hope the girls can stand the pace I am so pleased to sell some at last, all extra pennies in the girls treat pot for more wormies

Most people would leap at the chance to have 'proper' free range eggs and it's a nice way to get to know the neighbours too

That's a great idea. Pleased to hear so many folks are buying them.  

Are there any rules regarding small scale selling ?

We hope (if they ever start laying!) we'll have a good few surplus but apart from giving away to family/neighbours haven't really thought about it.

You are better selling at the gate as you can avoid the bumf needed to sell in a shop.

Yes getting 4 duck eggs a day and they are proving popular too.
