Peas, large and tiny.
« on: July 27, 2016, 18:33 »

One pollinated pea flower, one pea pod, yet some peas within are normal size yet some have failed to grow.

Now why is that?    Cheers,  Tony.
I may be growing OLD, but I refuse to grow UP !

Erm ...
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Irregular water supply most likely. Also variations in temperature. Too much sun and then too little.

Any one of those apply?

I have had the same problem with my peas, the first plants have now finished, some peas very good some not grown at all,and then i get some peas bursting out of their own skins?i have watered them well when it we have had the odd few hot days, but we have had plenty of rain,a very strange season for weather, the only thing growing well is the weeds :lol:Lillileaf
