I've just harvested 13 cucumbers from two plants.  Total so far...... 34.   

What shall I do with them all, please? Hens have them, we eat them, neighbours get given them, music students are not allowed to leave without them.....  Any suggestions?

I shall have to get spirit vinegar for pickling, I suppose....

Wow! Lucky you, I'm hoping but so far there is something about half the size of my little finger resembling a cucumber.  The squashes generally do seem to be putting a bit of a spurt on in the last couple of days so fingers crossed..

Cucumber soup, bread & butter pickle maybe, lots of dips to dip into.

Going to try stuffed cumbers and make some pickle this week. 


We had them roasted tonight with spicy chicken pieces....yummy.
