I try and go twice a week but if I miss a week usually because of work then try and make up for it week after.
Would love to go every day but with work and family commitments it's impossible  :(

Rarely get there on work days, similar work hours to Grendel. On days off like to go early and by that I mean any time between 5 and 6 am , and have been known to set the alarm clock.  Leaves the rest of the day for domestic requirements including an eye lid inspection!!

During a visit later in the day the peace and quiet was shattered by a rotovator.    Couldn't hear your self think , strangely a fork doesn't make that much noise, plus you can listen to the sound of nature.
we also rescue rabbits and guinea pigs, grow own veg

I love going up really early in the summer, before work, it's peaceful, no one to chat to and distract you and I hope into work calm and feeling a bit smug.

It almost feels like full time at the mo.
8-30 till 12 today, then 2 till 4.

Trying to deal with all the stuff in 3" pots which are dying to go into the ground due to the wet weather.

From March till October everyday for an hour or so in the morning (6 -7) to water in the tunnels and out if needed.
Then every other evening and weekends.

I'm lucky in that I'm retired now, and have a lot more time to spend on the plot than I used to.  I'd be there every day if I could.

Depends who's needs we're talking about....I NEED to go every day if i can, even if its just 5 minutes on the way home from work. I feel it "resets" me after all the BS , stress and politics of the day. The plants, i suspect, need to see me a lot less than that though!
I often just sit there doing nothing in particular, watching the blue tits busily feeding their young in one of the seven nest boxes i have dotted around, the family of great tits have already fledged(hope they all got away safely). Either that or i can quite happily spend a half hour watching the tadpoles in the pond. I get up at 5am in the week for work, i also get up at 5am at the weekend because IMHO its the best time of day to be at the plot, where i spend all day until about 3pm, im not a great lover of the sun so can get more done early when its peaceful.
Political Correctness-a concept based on the idea that its possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
