Pitta bread mental block!!
« on: May 24, 2016, 10:26 »
Lost it a bit today. When you buy pitta bread in the supermarket, you splash some water on it and stick it under the grill, turn over and do the other side until puffed up.

When you make your own, do you do the same or just eat them when baked?

Lots of family health problems, plus taking the cat to the vet this afternoon, have rendered me incapable of logical thought today!!
Growing salad leaves isn't rocket science.

Woman cannot live by bread alone , she must have cake , biscuits cheese and the occasional glass of wine .🍷
