 Growing unusual plants, like  Curry leaf, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, I am told you can grow the first 2 in the UK (London) but the kaffir is hard to grow? for a start I wouldn't even know where to start buying them from, has anyone grown these in the uk?

On the Seedy Sunday GQT James Wong said he grows a kaffir lime in his London flat & it's very low maintenance.

I grew lemon grass from a piece I bought in a supermarket some years ago.

I looked to do it again last year but the stems had their basal plates almost completely cut off.

Same sort of problem with root ginger, all the eyes had been cut out. By digging right through the box I managed to find a piece with some eyes intact.
