I think so. Some leaves do go a funny colour at this time of year.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

It looks fine - we sell a lot and there is some interesting stuff going on with lavender at present. The (relative) warmth of the winter has meant that many plants (some lavender included have not gone into dormancy properly. So they put out the odd new bit of foliage which is soft and susceptible to damage from frost (not a lot of that) and damp..... Your plant looks as if just that has happened. A few soft leaves are a bit affected by the weather. Compared to some I have seen it looks in pretty good nick for the conditions.
