So do I. I thought not eating it daily would be hard but it's not been difficult at all.  Once my leg is better, and the inflammation has gone down, I can get back to it. Home made and lots of different sorts.  I long for some spelt, fig and orange now, toasted!  :tongue2:

Sounds delicious. Would that be a Dan Lepard recipe? I keep promising myself to try a few new flavours. Absolutely no excuse as the cob oven will take eight to ten loaves at a time but l always end up sticking to the usual bakes. I am not sure how easily l could get hold of spelt but l like the sound of fig and orange. Mmmm! I fancy a baking session now. I hope your leg is better very soon. :)

No it's one from the side of the spelt flour bag  :)  I love trying all different loaves, the more the merrier and you improve your breadmaking skills by experimenting with various ingredients.  I love Paul Hollywood's sundried tomato fig bread, bit salty but fab  :tongue2:    I love sourdough toast with potted shrimp and fresh rocket leaves

Oh you got me going now  :D

Ooh! Sundried tomato and fig sounds good too. There will definitely be some baking going on here! :)
