Ten pound red cabbage

Any ideas what to do with a ten pound red cabbage. I am looking for a easy chutney recile that keeps well.

Pickled red cabbage is nice, or cooked red cabbage with Apple & sultanas, but it wi need freezing. Sorry no chutney recipes.

A few years ago our 11lb 7oz cabbage made 50 jars of pickled cabbage. Lol

No chutney recipes. :(
I would also use some of it to make coleslaw.

And there are lots of lovely recipes for cooked red cabbage all of which freeze and reheat well.
