Sweetcorn and Mr Badger
« on: June 14, 2014, 17:25 »

Our job this weekend is to lift off the cage but I am so nervous that mr badger will visit and walk right through, I'd be so mad as its survived the early start, frosts, being treated roughly and ripped from its pot bound pots.

Mr Badger touch it and I wont be happy

It's a shame you can't just take the top off and leave the sides it's always worth the extra wood for a removal lid.

They look good though - wish I had more space.

I thought badgers only came when the cobs were nearly ready, have they trashed yours earlier in the season before now?  and anyway I don't think there's much will stop a  badger if he smells something he wants.

Mr badger just walks right through usually. He seems to take a walk through every bed he can.
