The leaves look like they are showing signs of nutrient deficiency - not sure if it is nitrogen or manganese - think it's the latter especially if you garden on chalky and/or alkaline soil, so apply some watered-in Sequestrine as a start, then a general fertilizer such as chicken manure pellets. The holes could be due to either capsids, flea bettles (or possibly red-legged weevils).

A good feed should certainly help the leaf colour.

I wouldn't worry about the leaf damage too much as raspberries can general cope with a bit of damage without too much trouble

Er - not really. Try doing what I said previously and see if it works.

Is it just  called  sequestrine an were do you get it

Yes it is. It comes in sachets in a packet and most garden centres or stores that sell garden stuff usually stock it, like Wilko and Been-and-Queued - Wilko will probably be cheaper though. You just mix the contents of the sachet in water and apply it in a watering can.
