i really dont understand what is happening, i do water them not too little not too much , i usually water them in early mornings around 6:30- 7:00. the weather hear is very hot an day the sun is hot and at afternoon its a bit chilli, the soil ofcourse isnt compost black its the red type(forgive my English pls i sometimes cannot express the right way)

Very difficult to say without knowing where you live - how hot is 'hot' and how cold is 'chilly'? I can't really tell from your photos whether they are indoors or outside. 

If the soil is very poor it could just be starvation - try giving them a liquid feed of whatever you can buy locally to see if that improves them.
