I sowed some pak choi and it is growing away fine however some a bit close together, is it possible to thin them and transplant the thinning's successfully ? I think they need to be about six inched apart but these are way to close together.

Brassicas usually transplant well, as long as you water them. They won't like it if it turns hot though  :(

Pak Choi is very suceptible to bolting and would expect the extra disturbance would make this very much more likely, especially as it's due to turn warmer this week.

Mine are about the same. I thin and eat with most things taking every other one as they grow.

What I need is a step by step pic of pak choi as I am not sure mine look right, they are healthy but taller than I imagined, all pics seem to show them right before picking not a month after being put out

Yep, would agree, thin and eat. You don't want them to grow too long anyway, they can get a bit stringy if they get too old. Size isn't everything for a pak choi  :tongue2:
