Just to contradict the contradiction I would like to see another set of leaves on them before transplanting. I would get as much light onto them as possible till then and then plant them deep. They should be ok.

Sorry, I just can't go with that. If you leave leggy plants to get another set of leaves they'll be even weaker and just fall over. As Totty says, do it now - less disturbance.

I've already potted on most of mine, some just didn't want to go deep into the hole made so were left long.

I know I've done way too many this year :D Anaheim, Jalapeņo, Cayenne, Tabasco... who needs that much chilli? I did Anaheim and Jalapeņo last year, I want at least one Cayenne and Tabasco to try this year and figure out which are my favourites.

I'll stick to just the favs next year. At least, that's what I'm telling myself  :unsure:

Oh heck, have,nt even started mine yet, better get a move on. got seeds left from last year suttons eden project twilight really hot. hope not to late to start.
