« on: February 21, 2014, 21:37 »
Hey guys,

Roll on spring what say you?  It's hard work but worth all the effort when the time comes for all our lovely plots to springs into life.

 :nowink: :nowink:Can't wait :nowink: :nowink:

What are you most looking forward to doing/growing?

 ::)
Dear God, Please can you stop the wind and rain and bring on the nice weather. Amen

I am trying to curb my enthusiam (and keep away from those ever tempting seed packets) by tidying the raised beds at home  ;)  :lol:

Have just come back from my plot ,to pay the rent ,  still pretty  sodden. Succumbed to a bit of digging with the fork as it was sunny. Made some mental notes of where to plant . So looking forward to getting started.
we also rescue rabbits and guinea pigs, grow own veg

I'm looking forward to getting out on the patch and pottering. Hoed and loosened rain compacted soil around the garlic and onions earlier. just mowed the lawn. First time since September. Now looking forward to the Rugby and a glass or three.

The good thing about all this rain is that I normally sow things far too early and the inside of my house ends up with trays of seedlings growing everywhere.  So far this year I haven't been tempted into sowing any seeds.  Off on holiday shortly so I think I'll wait until I get home.
