We give our hens corn before they go to bed too.  I make my own bread, so I really watch how much salt goes into it.   

slightly off topic    me to LRH nothing like it fresh bread and I put things like banana's chocolate and raisons in it , can't buy that sort of bread in the shop

they are seremas and they go for a good price normally, they are a breed from Thailand and been in the country since 2005 and are pretty rare I use to have 5 cocks 3 hens and 2 roosters. they are normally very feisty birds

gorgeous birds your really luck to get them two! i found one last year on my fence! never found the owners guys on here thort it was a poss cross but think it may be pure breed as had no eggs over winter
