Instant yoghurt ice-cream

I've posted something similar before using cream and frozen fruit, but this looks lovely and ideal for any slimmers out there  :)

If you look through the recipes Helen has on her site, there is also a nice one for a banana lolly.   Basically a peeled nana squashed flat inside a plastic bag round a stick, then topped with grated coconut and crushed peanuts.  Not so slimming but can recommend it  ;)

That looks easy, I wonder if it would work with frozen rhubarb, which is all I have in the freezer at the moment. Maybe just a bit extra honey would work. :)

I used to freeze Greek yoghurt in ice-cube trays and just take one or 2 out, to suck on, when I was hot
