[Kate and her Ducks]

Well Flora and Charlotte are doing very well.

Not sure they are entirely convinced by the outside life as when it starts getting dark or cold they queue up at the back door to be let in.  They are at that scruffy, adolescent stage, even with the dandruff to prove it but are still very beautiful to me. Getting bigger every day, too big for the kitchen scales now!

By they have grown, it always amazes me how quickly birds develop. 

To weigh my turkeys I used to weigh myself and then pick the turkey up and weigh us both.
