With the greenhouse not ready on the plot this year, we decided against tomatoes.  Now I want some, so my question is, is it to late to buy and plant out outdoor bush variety "Tomato Tropical Ruby (Bush-Outdoor)" from Marshalls.

Given this year's weather, and the gist of most long-range forecasts - I would say it is too late for outdoor planting.
