[Beetroot queen]

The runners have started running up the poles and the courgettes have flowers. I was starting to give up hope. Not that i have seen them for myself, i had to make do with a picture from hubby  he also says there are no weeds  Well we'll see about that last statement when i get back to normal.

He has picked a huge bowl of strawberries, not sure i am ready to eat any yet though.

Hooray!  I'd save the strawbs til tomorrow when you may be feeling a bit better.  Be a shame not to enjoy them properly.

I did pinch just one as i weighed them, its the most tasty thing i have seen in days.

3lb of strawberries so i am happy with that. A lot more to come says hubby. May try some jam too.

I am pleased Finally everything is picking up it seems to have been static for ages.  the spuds seem to have grown a foot since my last visit.  i am desperate to get up there, if florence is better tomorrow as well we may just tak a walk, well i walk she rides in the wheelbarrow
