Hi,

When I bought my house, it came with some established trees, including a pear, an apple, a greengage and a small red cherry.  However, I have a couple of trees i can't identify and I wondered if anyone has any ideas. The second one appears to be bearing something this year for the first time since we bought the house, three and a half years ago.

I'm not very good on trees, but could tree 2 be another pear?

hi its a pear cant tell which variety looks asif it could be ared skinned one theyre dessert nice peeled and poached in lemonade jezza

The first one is Prunus serrula - the paper bark cherry and the second one, I think, is possibly a medlar, Mesipilus germanica
