Acquired a rather large fruit cane bed with lots of raspberry, redcurrent, blueberry  etc.. how do you tell whether it's a summer one or autumn one.  makes all the difference in pruning I believe.  they all seem to be producing blossom now though.

The easiest thing to do Is prune every cane to the ground that has fruited. You can't go wrong then, whichever type you have.
