i transplanted my cabbages and cauilies ,which were very healthy looking ,since transplanting a lot of the outer leaves have gone yellow, can i give brassicas a dose of epsom salts to help this problem like i do with my tomatoe plants

You mention that a lot of leaves are yellowing. How mant sets of leaves do they have?
Mine are always module sown and I occasionally give them a feed of phostrogen if they look like they need a feed.

3-4 pairs of leaves the larger outer leaves are yellowing, they were very healthy looking in their moduels, it was when i planted them out the problem started within a few days  of being in the ground.

Probably the stress of transplanting. Give them some fertiliser, either liquid feed or sprinkle some growmore or chicken manure pellets and work them into the soil with a hoe.
