Am i right in thinking that it is ok to be putting my plants into my tunnel during the day then taking them back inside during the night??

My peppers had to go in last night, they had ten leaves on and seemed to want more space so in they went. Yes it's a risk but we will see. The doors are close at night so I can't see it being too risky.
