I have booked a day off work so a long weekend, what can I sow in my conservatory at this time? I only have tomatoes and peppers that I bought weeks ago and geranium and my favourite Zinnia, but what else could I sow right now

Haha so i did 6 types of Tomato, peppers and Geraniums, said i would not over sow this year, going to do Beetroots and Spinach me thinks, and got some other flowers waiting for a direct sow.
