what to plant in my raised beds

so ive got a peas, spinach and lettuce seeds (a few of each in one bed at the min), another bed for my onion sets which are in, another i have planted out a few early carrots and was going to spilt the bed and do half carrots and half parsnips and ive got another bed spare that is about a metre and a bit squarish was wondering what to put in this??? its got a mixture of topsoil and compost and has had a bit of chicken pellett and fertilizer added! Any suggestions advice please..was going to do runners/herbs etc in containers/pots as well

Sweetcorn and a courgette plant perhaps?
