Vegetableseeds.net are good value too for basics.
Wilkinson's also are cheap.

I always use either DT Browns or more recently Simpsons Seeds. DT Browns are reasonably priced and offer excellent service and delivery. Simpsons are all about flavour so all the varietys they stock have been tried and tested for flavour.
