I have read on here about people giving thier chooks porridge but my 4 girls love weetabix made with warm water is this ok!!

There is salt and sugar in weetabix, which your chickens shouldn't have, so plain porridge made with water would be better

) - probably about 4x% the amount of salt as found in layers pellets. If this amount was a problem you wouldn't be able to keep free range chickens within many miles from the coast. Sugar content too is low and many commercial organisations add much more as a way of boosting energy intake.
So don't worry. Let them eat the weetabix and you eat the box; that way you'll get the tastier part :happy: :happy:
