For a really crisp refreshing cucumber you could try Crystal Lemon, it makes small golfball size round yellow cucumbers that my son eats like apples, and it does well outside.

I grew lady di runners. Got loads in the freezer, made runner bean chutney AND I'm still picking them! My toms faired less well. Still waiting for San marzano to ripen, had a few golden sunrise and a few cherry ones. Beefsteak came in all shapes and sizes but were edible. Kestrel potatoes were a proper let down. On average, only 3 spuds per plant.

Also, grew jack o lantern pumpkins. Got 3 fruits to each plant. 2 big ones and one small one each
