I haven't decided which one to try yet! :lol: I will endeavour to stick to one though and start experimenting with combinations or even using beer ::) another time. :D

Hairy Bikers Mums know best is a great recipe.  I just missed out the beer as my OH is coeliac.  Lovely flavour and I used wet mustard!  Just be adaptable  ;)

That is the key. ;) Apart from following them for the first time, I never use recipes as more than a guideline or an initial idea. :D
